Gemnori is in development. This pre-release document describes the planned service, not an announcement that these features are already available. We will review it against the released app before launch.
What this policy covers
Ggeomddakji operates Gemnori. This policy distinguishes work stored on your device, optional cloud backups, optional public-link sharing and advertising. Opening this website is not consent to upload photos or connect a cloud account.
Photos and your work
You choose photos through the system photo picker. Photo cropping and pattern conversion are designed to run on your device; they do not require uploading the original photo to a conversion server. Patterns, progress, settings and rewarded unlocks are stored locally. We do not need access to your entire photo library, contacts or precise location.
Saving a work to Photos or the gallery writes an image to your device using the permissions required by the operating system. It does not upload the image to our sharing storage. Your own system photo-sync settings may separately sync exported images.
Optional iCloud and Google Drive backups
Connecting backup uploads work data, progress, rewarded unlocks and necessary photo-derived work images to your selected account. iOS is planned to support iCloud and Google Drive; Android supports Google Drive. Google Drive backups use app-owned storage with the drive.appdata permission, not access to all Drive files. Authorization credentials are kept on the device, not copied into backups.
A backup is not guaranteed until an upload succeeds. Disconnecting stops future backups but does not automatically erase existing provider data. Delete stored app data through the provider's account/storage controls. Using the same Google account enables planned iPhone–Android work transfer; a store purchase does not transfer between platforms.
Optional rewarded ads
We will use Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Its SDK may process IP addresses, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics. Actual SDK versions, consent and store disclosures will be verified before launch.
Choosing an ad is separate from privacy consent. Where consent or tracking permission is legally required, the released app must request it separately. The active store's ad-free pass is designed to prevent ad loading as well as display.
Purchases
Apple or Google handles payment. We do not receive complete payment-card details. The app checks purchase status for the current store. Purchases can be restored with the same store and purchasing account; a pass purchased on iOS does not unlock Android, or vice versa. Portable backups must not confer a pass.
Retention and deletion
Deleting the app may remove local work. Restore depends on a previously successful backup and provider access. Exported gallery images, provider backups and store purchase records are separate from the app's local files.
Optional shared images follow the 7-day access/cleanup policy above. Email inquiries contain your email address, message and voluntary attachments; they are used to answer and resolve the request. We plan to delete them within one year after resolution unless legal retention or an active dispute requires longer.
Purposes, providers and international processing
Work processing supports the service you request; optional cloud backup and link sharing require your action and appropriate authorization. Required advertising consent is handled separately. Security and responding to inquiries support operation and legitimate interests where that legal basis applies; legally required records follow applicable law.
Apple, Google and Cloudflare may process data outside your country under their service terms and applicable transfer safeguards. The final SDKs, processing locations, legal bases and required regional transfer notices must be checked before release. We do not sell your artwork or use your photos to train an AI model.
Age and changes
Gemnori is intended for a general audience, not specifically directed to children. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child's information. Age-related ad settings and applicable requirements will be reviewed before release. Material changes will be reflected here and explained in the app when required.

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to your local data-protection authority. Cloud providers and stores manage their own accounts and records.
