In one line — This app does not collect personal information. There is no developer-operated server, and the expenses you record stay on your device and in your own iCloud and drives.
Information we collect
We collect no personal information. No name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and we include no analytics software that records how you use the app. The developer has no access to your expense records.
If you email us, your address and message remain in our inbox; we delete them within one year of resolving the matter.
Where the data lives
Everything below is yours. If iCloud sync is on, it is also kept in your own private iCloud database so you can carry on from another device signed in to the same Apple Account. That storage belongs to your account — it is not our server, and the developer cannot read it.

To stop iCloud sync, turn this app off under Settings > Apple Account > iCloud on your device; your records then stay on the device only.
When the app uses the internet
Exchange rates. Once a day the app fetches a rate table from ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com). The request carries only currency codes and nothing that identifies you. As with any internet request, your IP address is visible to that server.
Google Drive (optional). Used only if you connect it yourself under More > Backup. When connected, backup files are uploaded to your own Google Drive. The permission is drive.file alone, which reaches only files this app created — the app cannot even read other files in your Drive. You can disconnect at any time.
iCloud. The app uses the Apple Account already signed in on the device. It does not receive your account credentials.
Purchases. The Pro unlock is handled by the App Store. Payment details go to Apple only and never reach the app or the developer. The app asks Apple whether the purchase exists and stores nothing about it itself.
Sharing with third parties
We do not hand your information to anyone. The following services handle data under their own policies.

- Collect usage data, run analytics, show ads, or track you
- Share or sell data to third parties
- Require you to create an account
Retention and deletion
We hold nothing of yours. Everything below is yours to delete.
- Device — deleting the app removes the records stored on it.
- iCloud — Settings > Apple Account > iCloud > Manage Storage, then delete this app's data.
- iCloud Drive / Google Drive — delete the app's backup folder in that drive.
- Google connection — More > Backup > Disconnect. You can also revoke access in your Google Account settings.
There is no need to ask us to delete anything, because we hold nothing.
Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children, and we collect no personal information from anyone, children included.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
