In one line — This app does not collect personal information. There is no developer-operated server, and the expenses you record stay on your device and in your own Google account and drive.
Information we collect
We collect no personal information. No name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and we include no analytics software that records how you use the app. The developer has no access to your expense records.
If you email us, your address and message remain in our inbox; we delete them within one year of resolving the matter.
Where the data lives
Everything below is yours. With Android Auto Backup on, a copy also goes to your own Google account, so reinstalling the app brings your records back. That storage sits under your account at Google — it is not our server, and the developer cannot read it.

You can turn Android Auto Backup off in Settings > Google > Backup; your records then stay on the device only. Appearance, backup interval, the folder you picked and the Google connection are device-specific, so they are excluded from Auto Backup.
When the app uses the internet
Exchange rates. Once a day the app fetches a rate table from ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com). The request carries currency codes only and nothing that identifies you. As with any internet request, your IP address is visible to that server.
Google Drive (optional). Used only if you connect it yourself under More > Backup. Once connected, backup files are uploaded to your own Google Drive. The app asks for a single scope, drive.file, which reaches only the files this app creates — it cannot even read anything else in your Drive. You can disconnect at any time.
Android Auto Backup. Uses whichever Google account is signed in on the device. The app never receives your account details; Android performs the upload and restore.
Purchases. "Unlock Pro" is handled by Google Play. Payment details go to Google only and never reach the app or the developer. The app simply asks Play whether you own it and stores nothing about it on the device.
Photos. Only the single photo you pick in the system picker is handed to the app. It requests no photo-library permission and cannot see any other picture.
Third parties
We never hand your information to third parties. The services below handle data under their own policies.
What we don't do
- Usage tracking, analytics, advertising, profiling
- Sharing or selling data to third parties
- Requiring an account
- Requesting photo-library, location, or contacts permissions
Retention and deletion
We hold nothing of yours. Everything below is yours to delete.
- Device — deleting the app removes the records stored on it.
- Auto Backup — delete this app's backup in Settings > Google > Backup.
- Backup files — delete this app's backup folder from the folder you picked or from Google Drive.
- Google connection — More > Backup > Disconnect. You can also revoke access in your Google account settings.
There is no need to ask us to delete anything, because we hold nothing.
Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children, and we collect no personal information from any user, children included.

If anything changes we update this page and the date shown above.
