Bead Atelier
Effective November 5, 2026 · iOS and Android app version 1.0.0
Where is the user manual?
Tap “User Manual” on the Home screen to open a detailed manual with a table of contents and search. The ? (Help) button on each screen jumps straight to the part of the manual for that screen, and you can also open the manual from Settings.
Is this a game?
No — it is a pattern-making tool, not a game. Bead Atelier is for creating, editing and printing patterns for real fuse-bead projects. It has no game features such as puzzles, coloring or sorting. You can try all the basic features for free before buying Premium.
How do I restore my purchase?
After changing devices or reinstalling, sign in to the store with the Apple ID or Google account you bought with, then tap Settings → “Restore Premium Purchase”. The “Restore Purchase” button on the Premium screen does the same. “Delete All Data” does not remove your purchase.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from the store. If you bought on the App Store, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID and request a refund. If you bought on Google Play, request it from your order history in the Google Play app or at play.google.com, or follow the refund guide in the Google Play Help Center. Refund decisions follow each store's policy.
Printing at actual size (1:1)
Create a PDF in Print & Export → PDF, then in your printer settings choose “Actual size (100%)” and turn off “Fit to page”. Measure the 50 mm ruler on the first page to check the size before printing the rest, and you can place the pages under your bead boards.
If the PDF says it has been scaled to fit the page, choose the 1:1 output option and create it again.
Moving to a new device
Patterns are stored only on your device and are not synced between devices automatically. On your old device, open a pattern and save or share a .beadproj file from Print & Export → Project File. Turn on “Include original photo” if you want to bring the photo too. On the new device, use My Patterns → “Import Project File” to continue where you left off.
Each pattern is exported as its own project file, and purchases are not included. Use Restore Purchase on the new device.
