About this policy
This policy covers Mongle Pair Puzzle, provided by Ggeomddakji, and information processed when you play or create a garden name tag for rankings.
Information on your device
Level progress, active boards, collected animals, backgrounds, effects, achievements, and language, audio and vibration settings are saved on your device. This collection and these settings are not currently backed up to our server or automatically synchronized between devices. Removing the app may remove local saves.
Information used online
A garden name tag uses a randomly generated player ID, authentication information, and the nickname and country you select. The server stores a hash of the authentication secret, app version, platform, creation, access and update timestamps, verified scores, mode, level and clear records, and equipped title. Tile selections, tool use, pauses and elapsed time are transmitted to verify scores.
Your nickname, selected country, rank, score and title may be visible to other leaderboard users. Do not put your real name or contact details in a nickname. Country is selected by you; GPS location is not collected.
Purposes and legal bases
We use this information to identify players, provide requested ranking and score verification features, prevent abuse, resolve errors and answer support requests. Where applicable, processing relies on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in service security, legal obligations, or consent when required.
Service providers and networking
The online API and database use Cloudflare Workers and D1. IP addresses and request information may be processed for network security, rate limiting and error handling. Processing may occur outside your country on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure, under its privacy policy.
Advertising, analytics and permissions
Optional rewarded ads use Google AdMob. Google may receive IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement and security. No separate user analytics SDK is used.
We do not collect age. All ad requests use non-personalized and under-age-of-consent protection settings. Publisher first-party IDs are disabled; iOS tracking permission is not requested. Settings provides ad privacy choices when required. Nicknames and game replay records are not attached to ad requests. We do not request contacts, camera, microphone, photo or precise-location permissions. Google handles and retains its data under its privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains while saved by the app. Online profiles and ranking records are retained while needed for those features, then deleted when no longer necessary or following a verified deletion request. Rejected-run abuse records follow the server’s 30-day cleanup policy. Information legally required to be retained is kept only within that obligation. Support information is deleted when no longer needed after the request is resolved.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your nickname and selected country in the garden name tag, subject to change limits. Contact the address below to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or exercise applicable portability and objection rights. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and complain to your local data protection authority. Children and guardians
The app is intended for ages 13 and over, not children under 13. Avoid unnecessary personal information. Parents can contact us about access to or deletion of a child’s information.
Security and updates
Network transfers use HTTPS and server authentication uses a hash of the secret. Do not share authentication tokens or save files. We update the effective date when this policy changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
