How to request deletion

In the app, open Settings → Privacy & support → Delete online profile, then confirm to remove your server name tag and linked ranking records. An internet connection is required; failed requests retain the information so you can retry. Local levels, animals, collections and settings remain.

Email support@ggeomddakji.com with the subject “Mongle Pair Puzzle data deletion”. Include your nickname, selected country and the information you want removed. You may attach a profile screenshot with personal details hidden. Nicknames may be duplicated, so we may need additional information to verify ownership. Never send an authentication token or password.

What is deleted

After ownership is verified, we delete the requested online player profile, nickname, country, linked scores, rankings, clear records and title information. Deleted records cannot be recovered. We do not delete before verifying ownership. Limited records needed for legal obligations or abuse prevention are retained only for the relevant purpose and period.

Local saves are separate

Deleting an online profile does not erase progress or collections on your device. To remove local information, delete the app or use the operating system’s app-data deletion feature. On iOS, Offload App may retain data and differs from Delete App. Removing the app alone does not delete server ranking records; use profile deletion in the app or contact support for online records.
